All purchases will be processed and shipped with DHL or Fedex.
Your INFINITA garment is sent during Colombian business days from Monday to Friday.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We do not refund money. We can exchange your garment in the following cases:

1. Defective garment

2. Sizing

*If you want to exchage your pieces, please be aware that the return label will be arround 45 USD

INFINITA is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser and vary depending on the country of destination.
